My last year with Enterprise, I would have made $55,040 as a branch manager. I had the base $1240 biweekly salary, $900 guaranteed commission (working at a new branch) and $1000 northern living allowance. Feel free to do the math. In my first full year at my new career, I have T4’s that total around the 110k mark. I have already been promoted, so as you can imagine, the pay will only increase from here. The hours are very similar, but there is a lot less stress once you get up and running, and much more justifiable with double the income.
