Default A Special Message from Enterprise Rent-a-Car

Dear valued employee:

Now that you have embarked on your exciting and new career, it is my pleasure to present the bonus structure for Level I and Level II positions for 2008. It saddens me to have heard that our retention numbers have been dropping these last couple of years with some of the complaints focused on our competitive salary structure. Therefore, we listened to eachother, and now great things are happening. We are excited to announce Enterprise Rent-a-Car has enacted some very innovative pay structures to not only help put more money in each of your pockets but also to boost morale and thus drive sales and service to our customers. After all, customer service is our way of life.

The first innovative idea is to work you at least 15 hours over the normal 40 hour work week, but pay you overtime for it. Unlike other corporations who pay their employees a flat salary no matter how many hours they put in, we at Enterprise Rent-a-Car feel you should be rewarded for your hard work. Obviously, with number of promotions we have been seeing lately as well as our recent acquisition of National and Alamo, only you will determine how high you climb.

Speaking of rewards, I am sure you heard about the wonderful bonus you receive if you recruit one of your friends to work for this great company. You will receive $1,000 for each employee you recruit that stays past the three month probationary period. Thus, recruit as many as you can since many will not hack it that long. Remember not everyone is as talented as you or else everyone would be able to do the Management Trainee Program. Always remember that Enterprise Rent-a-Car is a fun and friendly place, where teamwork rules, so why not have some friends around? If you've lost contact with your friends because of the sixty hour work weeks, don't worry as there are other ways to make great money at Enterprise. Besides, do you think I got to where I am today by not putting my time in and working hard?

Car sale leads and sales as well as corporate leads are also another great way to supplement your competitive salary. For every one of our superbly maintained used vehicles that are sold as result of a lead you send in, you will receive $100. That is not all, but you will also get $1,000 discount off any used Enterprise car you buy. If this is not enough to excite you, you and your family also receive great discounts off rentals (excluding weekend specials). Though you are not paid bonuses per say for your number corporate leads or protection packages sold, we will reward you with a plaque and Elite Dinner invitation. Perhaps, if you are good enough, you may be invited to help the team out at an airport location near you where only the best of the best go to really jumpstart their career. Are you ready?

Given that we at Enterprise are striving to continually strenthen our communities with exceptional customer service, we have enacted our final bonus structure for 2008. Should you happen upon an Enterprise car on the side of the road in need of assistance, and you help the customer out, you will receive a $100 bonus (Enterprise is not responsible should your actions cause bodily harm, severe injury, or death to you or the customer.)

I sincerely hope that each and every one of you obtain many of these bonuses time and time again. If you have any questions or concerns, our doors are always open (just not mine).

More to follow...
