Just talked with Kevin O Brien out of Alabama--He has set in motion a class action lawsuit regarding timecards, overtime and underpaid employees. Only caveat is that the statute of limitations is 2 years...so any of you CURRENT and FORMER employees less than 2 years removed should contact him at 757-438-9752....let him know you saw this post on Failing Enterprise........ |
