Default Re: Anyone from GP30 Central Valley in CA?

Group 30 is a nightmare now. The lack of flip has caused a cost cutting frenzy. Several positions have been eliminated. Several quality people have quit, were forced out, or have been fired. Those who are left are working in a enviroment of low morale and skeleton crews trying to do their best to make numbers that will result in a decent commssion check for branch managers and department heads. It is a sad state of affairs when branch managers are making less than their MT's. The rising cost of fuel is going to continue to make it difflcult for remarketing to try and turn a positive flip as there is no market for our large fleet of trucks and suv's. We are on the verge if not already entering a recession so there looks to be no end in sight of our income woes here in Group 30. I have talked to so many former employees who have jumped ship or were fired and they all seem to be much happier and I ask myself why am I here and how do I motivated my staff to produce the numbers that are expected of me when I am limited by these cost cutting measures that reduce my opportunity to earn a respectable OP and keep my ESQI up? I just hope my uninsureds stay low or else here somes another write......yeah that motivates me to do better.
