I woked for ERAC for a while, even made it to ARM. The thing about working there is that you have to always look at the big picture. I left so that I could enjoy my family, and I tell you that I am making more money than I ever did as an ARM. It is crazy to see but there is not too many GOOD opportunities left. I stayed with ERAC when we had neg 200 in flip, it is not fun. You need to do something that will make you happy. The economy is not going to turn around for at least 2 years. Good luck. |
