It is very unfortunate how bad the morale is in 30FF. It seems that they don't try to fix anything. Someone puts in their two weeks and upper management acts like they had no idea the person was unhappy. Then they try to talk the person out of quitting by saying that they can address the problems but never do. Brett needs to stop looking at himself in the mirror and actually find out how his people feel about their jobs. Visiting the branches once a year as Santa doesn't cut it. |
