We'll see how it goes. Either way, thanks for always having enlightening things to say.
Just as I thought. When thinking of your former employees and colleagues consider the following:

1.) Do they expect to work for ERAC forever? At a young age, probably not. As they say, the grass is greener on the other side.

2.) Who is really loyal to the company they work for at this day and age? Probably not many. Think about that.

3.) Are they willing to lie and commit perjury just to keep their jobs and for you to lose out on unemployment benefits that you earned? It's not worth going to prison or getting fined for a menial-paying job where they work 55+ hours a week.

4.) As cold as this *can* come across you no longer work for Enterprise, they are no longer your employees. Why should you stick your neck out for them? They can and will succeed elsewhere and with a company that will treat them like human beings, not cash-cows to work and screw over.

If anything else when you applied for unemployment how many times has ERAC fought your claim? Once? Twice? The first time they fight it the burden of proof is on them which they give some half-truth story that is not enough to convince the claims examiner. The second or third time they fight it they usually do not show up.

I hope your attorney is a "pit-bull," so that way he'll rip ERAC apart starting with the people in admin who lied and cheated you in the first place. And you'll have the last laugh when the judge holds them in contempt of court or charges them for perjury if it gets that far.
