 People quitting
It seems to me that more people than ever are resigning. Is it just my perception that people are chucking it more frequently than ever before? Seems to be someone jacking it in every other day and no branches have anywhere near the staff they need.
I'm keen to hear other people's opinions on why an already awful retention rate has suddenly, and deeply, worsened. I believe retention for April 07 to April 08 was just over 40% and, you would think impossibly, is getting lower. Why are almost 2 out of every 3 people quitting every year and why is it worse recently? What's changed? |
