Did it work? Do you feel better now? Probably not, because deep down inside you know that you just couldn't hack it. It's ok...don't take it too bad. Not everyone has what it takes. |
That Guy,
Unfortunately you could not be more wrong. I was actually promoted from MA to Assistant Manager before the 1.5 year mark. Top of the matrix//120 club//etc, etc.
Now................my assessment of you, e-tard. You got this job either fresh out of college or you transitioned from a Blockbuster/Restaurant gig/Best Buy/or just a dead beat job. Chances are you have been with the company less then 1 year and still believe the propaganda, or you are so entwined in the lies they feed you that you have been chasing the corporate carrot for years and managed to get to Assistant Manager. You attend all the holiday parties trying to hook-up with some dump whose been banged more times then your mom. Now Im not trying to bash you (ok well maybe I am) but how can you be so ignorant as to not see the truth and realize you can do better. Look around. How many other people do you see with college degrees making 34,000.00 a year working 60 hours a week. Don't try to play the "bigger picture" card either. Less then 5% of the total employees make it to Area Manager
