Im sure losing your first child is hard, but two months off and just being written up is very generous, most companies wouldn't let you take that kind of time off of work and call would have been made to excuse you from work perminately.
I have had relatives die over the years and there needs to be time to grieve for a couple of days, maybe a week, but not two months. |
