He keeps sabotaging himself into a downward spiral. His driver's license is suspended, there's a warrant out for his arrest in Florida (and they're willing to pay for extradition), and now, within a few days, he and his mother are going to get saddled with a massive default judgement. His mother continues to let him post messages from her house (or posts them herself) and is almost certainly meeting the criminal definition of harboring a fugitive.
I'm sure he's spent quite a lot of time on the Internet researching how he might change his name or identity and try to get out from under all of this. However, it's 2008, even in Oklahoma, and the opportunities to pull that off disappeared a long time ago. I'll bet he's living a very miserable life.
Maybe once our collection efforts start to bite he'll decide it's best to return to Florida and do some time and hope I'll forget about him.
Meanwhile, his mother owns a house and has a steady paycheck and made a very serious mistake in not responding to the suit.
