If they were open and honest with their customers, they'd show what the regular rate is, and what the special "Enterprise Plus" rate is and show the customer the savings. But they won't do this because they know that sometimes the "Enterprise Plus" rate is actually going to be higher than the public rate.
Sure, you can log in as an Enterprise Plus customer, get the rate, then close your browser (maybe also delete your cookies), and try again without logging in, and then comparing the rates.
Everywhere else in the world, using a discount code either lowers or maintains the public rate. It's a scam when it might actually raise your rate. A customer shouldn't have to ask "Am I be overcharged because I'm a regular customer, and would I get a better rate if you ignored my reputation as a good customer?" with every transaction.
