I spoke to an attorney, taking her advice she told me NOT to speak to anyone associated with ERAC and the employer who canned me, this includes current and former employees of both.

For ERAC or any company to fax my entire disciplinary record to my new employer's HR is low even for them. They worded things in such a way it makes me look racist, unethical, and undependable as an employee.

Thank goodness my current employer didn't fight my unemployment claim and I'm getting my benefits.
