I couldn't agree with this post more. Like the poster I left ERAC some time ago and sometimes come on here to see if any of the old crew are still around - tons of us from 627 post on here.
However, the poster has forgotten how angry and worthless working at ERAC makes you feel - it becomes very easy to degenerate into a place where shouting 'fag' at everyone seems like a logical decision. After all, when you wake up at 5.30 am on Monday morning, looking ahead at your sixty hour week of miserable work, and know that you do it all for less the $30K a year then all other stupid decisions start to look pretty smart by comparison.
Oh yeah, I also do not bleed green anymore and I am certainly not a fag.
