sorry but you're too late. the deadline was over 3 or 4 months ago. they sent out a letter everyone but if you had left erac (like myself) they only have you last address upon your exit interview and I had moved. Luckily I have friends that work for the Green Monster still and called the law office directly to give them my updated info. I don't have the law office number on me but they are based out of Minnesota. I would recommend calling your regions corporate office and asking for the number. Ny law they have if on file and must give it. Then you can explain to the law office why you didn't submit by the deadline. Good luck and fuck ERAC. |
