I left three byears ago and my salary package has more than doubled. It will rise even further and even treble when I finish my exams. The company would not back me on these courses so I did them myself out of my own pocket.
If I were still at Erac, I doubt my wage would have even gone up £3k in that time. One year I was rewarded for my efforts with a £350 pay rise. I left shortly afterwards
