It depends on what is important to you really - Is more time for yourself and your family important? Is good health important? Is being able to sleep without dreaming of where the V3 for 2moro morning is coming from? Is earning a good wage for the work you are doing?

If the answer is yes then hell yeah - I was forced to leave due to an injury picked up in a work related RTA caused by the company and its teh best thing to happen to me during my time at ERAC - even tho I was just about to take my grill lol

I earn more per hour, more per year and work half the time - sometimes a third of the time.

I recommend everyone gets the hell out of this insane company and get yourself a life
