I was with ERAC for quite some time (5 years) and the experience definently helped me land a better job. I am selling surgical equip. now and love it!! I work far less hours, get paid much better (close to ARM pay), and have the added benefit of my client base actually appreciating me. Honestly if nothing else, ERAC taught me what my strengths were professionally and allowed me time to fine tune them for something down the line. Wouldn't recommend for a long term career, but definently try out for at least 2 years if you think you can hang that long. Most companies look down on staying one year or less b/c it shows that you weren't loyal. My suggestion is to stay on for at least 2 years.. |
