I worked for erac for over 2 yrs of my life. I will say that I did have some decent mngrs. Mainly because they realized how much the job sucked. My area mngr was awesome (Matt Thoman GP43). He actual had some managerial skills, and he too realized how much the job sucked. Now if I meet any of those troll service mngrs or body shop mngrs in ally, Im gonna beat the living stuffings out of them!
But also, when I left, I did say I would come back and be a prep or driver once Im retired. I think I would still do that.
