25's manager has just left, 21's is leaving soon, yet another manager there who didn't even last a year. I know of 3 other managers/assistants who are leaving in the next 2 months. As previous poster says, any normal company would take steps to stop this happening. ERAC seem to have just accepted it will always be a terrible employer and will just allow it to go on.
80% of an area's management quits on the same day!!!!!! Nowhere else would this happen, and if it did, somebody higher up would get sacked.
