When I started my interview with ERAC, there was a BM at U321, a different one a month later when I started there, he left and a new one came and now he is going and Jacko from 10 is coming down - god help him.
2 AM's have come and gone as well as 2 MT's, 1 MT gunna be transferred and 2 drivers gone as well as a valeter. The Am on teh sick at teh mo cos of stress and doing 60-70 hours unpaid overtime each month.
I feel sorry for them there(I have left there now) - They are the hardest working guys in teh company with no help and even tho I dont know Jacko, I believe he is a good guy. But even the best will find it difficult havin to do a 2 hour round trip commute on top of 13 to 14 hour days with no breaks. Jacko - good luck to you mate, you have a helluva team but you wont be there in a year - U321 will have killed you.
Close U321 down and put these poor bastards out of their misery - Hell guys, go work in Macdonalds or Tesco or sweep roads - Its better money based on your hours and you get treated a lot better - No one at ERAC gives a fuck if you live or die so why stay loyal to them.
