Default Re: I Am An Enterprise Trainee

I am up to my ears with all the ERAC bullshit right now as a 10-month MT...every office I get moved to is just another line of bullshit to take in. The office I'm currently working at has a CSR that steals all the "DUB" even though it doesn't count for her at all...so basically since 80% of the people who actually take CDW come in and deal directly with her, that leaves 5 other people fighting for the left over 20%...Months 3-7 were spent at a high-volume Mercedes dealership checking customers in and out of cars, sometimes taking up to 80 returns on a given Friday. Oh and guess what? I was the only MT there taking these 80 returns and renting cars to these snobby son-of-a-bitches. "I drive a Mercedes because I sell drugs and make tons of money. Cater to me, you E-SLave!!!" I was basically an E-Robot, wondering whether dealing with this monotonous crap day in and day out was normal....Now get this. Last month I thought I had hit my sales requirement in order to be considered for the grill....well guess what? I found out they calculate numbers in a different way than I expected, and I was 2 percentage points shy of hitting my requirement...oh oh...looks like I have to bust my ass selling worthless waiver for another 2 months. Screw that shit...not only do I leave ERAC with Migraine headaches every night, I have to deal with countless numbers of complaints that are absolutely worthless to me..."You guys were closed Sunday. I couldn't return the car. I refuse to be charged for an extra day just because you were closed!! Take a day off for me!" Get a God Damn grip, people! That's life...we were closed to regain our sanity. If were open on Sundays we would come in on Monday morning with a loaded AK47 and and shoot every damn customer that came barreling in. Oh I know, I know...but at Enterprise, you have to "pay you dues" in order to reach success...OK, so that means I have to live a worthless, stress-filled life for another 5 years in order to get to where I "want to be"...hmmm. Life is too short people...why waste another second slaving away to a company wants you in their cult to make the more money...."Sell more CDW so people like Andy Taylor and Pam Nicholson can buy a new Bentley"...Two months more and I'm out on the job market again to find a company to really appreciates and rewards people who work hard. PEACE!
