As for Dalek, good bye.
I met Carl a few times during my ERAC tenure. He's well sound. A people manager and a people person who doesn't appear to have an ego issue. Perhaps others think otherwise but I'm entitled to my opinion.

No doubt he'll get shat on by the powers that be some day because of just that. Seems if you aren't ready to stick a knife in someone's back at the first opportunity, ERAC don't care much for you which is a great pity for the company and for employees. Contradictory as it may sound, I enjoyed the job but didn't enjoy a dealing with upper management.

Lots of stories of resentment on this site but mine isn't directed against the job itself. There are lessons to be learned by ERAC amongst some of these but that is never going to happen as they likely see this site as subversive and anti ERAC when it is actually anti ERAC management in the main.

The major problem is ERAC take round pegs and put them in round holes which is fine but they also try to take square pegs and hammer them into the same holes. People aren't robots and surely a little individuality and innovative thinking would benefit the company?

It's the ERAC way or the high way. Pardon the pun...
