You know guys ERAC hasnt been all roses for me over the last 2 years, but I also didnt come to the "great place to work." from college I have been in the work place as manager of other business and as owner of another business and let me tell you. The grass isnt always greener on the other side. I have worked in two groups in the last two years and I have seen alot of shady stuff but I see that everywhere doesnt matter the business or the company. It is the same Corp BS in each situation.
