It's been said a few times before, but why is that place still open? Its only function seems to be to lower the company's profits and retention rate. Everyone who goes there ends up quitting and it loses shitloads almost every month. I can only think it's Enterprise's record of never having closed a branch or made a redundancy that keeps it open. Why anyone who is already a BM (or anyone at all) would go there, I just don't know. I can only assume there's a massive guarantee involved. Even then, I wouldn't touch the place, nobody has ever gone on from there to become anything in ERAC because they all walk out due to U321 being the worst possible place to work. It's that bad, it actually makes working for ERAC anywhere else an attractive proposition.

It should be closed and forgotten about. Dismiss it like a bad dream.
