Why anyone who is already a BM (or anyone at all) would go there, I just don't know. I can only assume there's a massive guarantee involved. Even then, I wouldn't touch the place, nobody has ever gone on from there to become anything in ERAC because they all walk out due to U321 being the worst possible place to work. It's that bad, it actually makes working for ERAC anywhere else an attractive proposition.

It should be closed and forgotten about. Dismiss it like a bad dream.
Its a shame cos the guys that work there are good - They bust their asses off every day to try and make money and in fairness to them, it went 6 years losing money every month and then started making op. Just to prove what havin a good team can do for ya - but ERAC treated them all like shit and now they have left or gone to admin. I worked there for 14 Months and saw it hit OP at least 6 times.

But everyone who says the same thing - It needs to close - Sadly they are right but not because it loses ERAC money, its cos it ruins people's lives and relationships and until ERAC realise this they will still have to service the North Wales area(due to commitments) but from Wrexham and Chester it will be worse. The task is to improve how U321 works not close it entirely and the only way is to improve staffing levels and allow it to run as a stand-alone branch and say now to ridiculous deals(like 3 hours away with a 2 hour turnaround!)
