Re: age you left at What's funny is most people don't realize that you did make millions. Were you a GM that opened a group at the full 15%? But I do know that the quality of life at ERAC, even for GMs, isn't what it should be for ALL ERAC employees. My admin level 3 was forced out after 17 years but there was never help in looking or suggestion to look for a different job or acknowledgement of the 60 to 80 hour weeks put in to get the job done. Marketing Pyramid Scheme hmm lets see. GM on top 1 to 3M a few RVPs here 750K more Area Managers 325K More Branch Managers 65 to 100K ABMs 45K MTs 25K look at that, about 6 layers and the peak makes how much more please note, numbers are just best guesses based on specific instances of knowledge Wow, you're crazy! No way in hell does an area manager even sniff close to 325K, that is OUTRAGEOUS!!!!!!! My area manager had a nice collection of offices in a very rich suburb of DC with a lot of luxury car res's and weekend rentals and he made in the mid 100K range. It's good money with a lot of nice perks but no where close to 325K plus you'll still be working at least 50 hours a week. Also, your numbers are inflated for BRM's as well, I had several buddies that were BM's and only one of them made over 65K. Mid to upper 50's is much more reasonable which isn't bad money at all but when you think of working 55-60 hours a week for that paycheck it's easier to see it's not really that good. All the ERAC recruiters do is sell you a lie, I was told MT's in DC make 35K, ARM's 50K, BM's 75-80K, Area Managers 150K+ and RVP's well over 500K. This is total bullshit, I know what I made as an MT and ARM and only once in 3 years of MT/ARM experience did I clear 42K. Don't let them suck you into the talk about great salary, it's all a lie!!!!!!!!!!! At ERAC it's all about the work, work, work mentality with no time for family or friends, the Taylor's are running this business like it's still the 1950's, wake up dipshit it's 2008. |
