I can certainly say one thing though, when flip was good and OP was awesome, $125,000 / yr for 3 yrs straight was certainly good money....hence the push out by good old Brian H. I have run into the likes of Corvers, Van Dam, Ainsworth, and a few others in the past several months and all seem to be happy and doing well. Would like to know more about where Pete Clavette is. Seems like he just picked up and disappeared. Anyone here from or know where he has settled to?
