A quote from what i heard from him the other day when I was in the bank,
"Shit! you make more then me now", uncomfortable laugh, "How long have you been there?" Hello Employee referral for ERAC. He made it to the 2nd interview and then he mentioned that he gets frustrated with people who could not provide 2 forms of ID to cash a check. RED FLAG good bye.
Well At least we can now all see the intelligence level of people who work at ERAC. If you read anything about my post- I do NOT cash checks, and from every wages check I have read on this board I make more than most people do in their first year of ERAC.

I think you are thinking of Wells Fargo BANK my mentaly challenged friend. You must have worked there as a teller or something. Sorry about that.

I work, and my post was about, Wells Fargo Financial- a financial services subsidiary of Wells Fargo and Company. Yes there are Wells Fargo Banks but they are mostly on the West Coast, I am on the East Coast where there are NONE. No checking accounts, or savings accounts or people cashing checks- sorry

I have a sales job, I have never cashed a check in my life that didn't have my name on it. I sell personal loans, credit cards, and Mortgages, and also maintenance local businesses who do financing through us. I do not sit in an office ALL day- actually I go to my customers homes, workplaces, etc for consultations about refinancing, closing loans- and training local retailers on how their financing program with us works. But when I am in my office, it is an actual office and not some rental car retail outlet- where you have to STAND behind a counter. I have my own desk and computer.

If you read my original post, I make 33k base salary- and can make 3500 per month bonus- and I am a 7 month employee. This year I am on pace to make somewhere in the 40's with my bonuses- and have already been promoted once. And I really did not get started in the sales aspect until Mid march because I was training. So I am on pace to make somewhere in the 45 k range in just 9 months of actual selling and no client list built up in the beginning. My max earning potential is 33k plus 3500/month (42k over a year) which equals 75k which I will get closer to as I get more experience under my belt.

I do NOT know what my BM makes, but my AM has hinted to me she makes somewhere in the 50's. I wish i knew what my BM makes- but I know he has only been BM a year there, and just last week got rid of his 97 Nissan Altima for a 05 Audi A6. But hey I have friends who make 30k driving nice cars so I am not saying that means much. But I was told by my AM that everyone in our state that has been promoted to BM bought a house shortly thereafter. And If I can make 75k potentially in a year- how much do you think a BM could make.....maybe you should apply. ;)

Now, I am not saying making in the 40's is a big deal or a lot of money- but no way you can tell me someone at ERAC first year makes that- AND I WORK 40 HOURS A WEEK WITH NO WEEKENDS!!! I get to dress business casual and do not have to wash cars. I also have 21 days of Paid vacation right on hire. I am typing this now at 11am on Friday bc I went to a concert last night and took today off.

I will reiterate I am not saying my job is great or that it pays great, but I can say reading about Enterprise is one thing that makes me feel like I am well paid and have a good job, at least compared to what MT's go through!! And thank goodness I am not renting cars with a college degree!!
