...FF is barely staying afloat. if you take out emmitt and ray's area, they make no money. a struggling area manager recently got "promoted" to Ride Share. who taught him to be an area manager? obviously he was good enough to become one, someone just dropped the ball on his training. funny thing is, everyone knows this move is fishy, but BT and co still want to try and pass one over everybody. they must really think you and i are idiots.

..."BT" as dum-ass grace used to call him, recently told a bunch of new hires at their new hire lunch that it will probably be two years before the used car market recovers. he then turns around and tells his branch managers (some of who make less than their mt's DESPITE doing there job) that the market is just about to turn around.

...take a look at remarketing's lot the next time you drop off your 10k 2009 malibu. there are nothing but trucks sitting around waiting to be sold. my dealer contacts have told me erac is selling cars at BLACKBOOK levels - for those who don't know, the automotive blackbook is the last-ditch auction value of cars. for the longest time, we sold our cars "back" of book. which meant if the wholesale value of model x is 10k, we would probably wind p selling that car to dealer abc for 8k - meaning it's 2k back of book. we can't even get that now. so watch your income - remarketing is screwed for a while.

...when the branch managers were all asked to watch costs and misc expenses, a certain marketing manager took her call center team to a DAY SPAY at the cost of over $1100 for 5 or 6 employees. and we can't have happy hours?

...amy's way of managing is "if you can't perform, i'll just replace you. the hell with coaching up people." problem is, we are running out of people. not good.

...you have level 3 and 4 employees who are getting $30 car washes for their co cars and sending you the bill (group overhead, anyone?) and since WE make the money, why can't we get a report as to what these guys T&E? they are not making the money.
