By the way, doesn't Thomas ride to support an area manager of 41EE who's wife has MS??? He also told me that 41EE admin employees called him when they fired Mario Nunez (4120's car prep/driver) who worked for ERAC for the last 7 years to see if he can help him find him a job. Where was ERAC then? Isn't their motto "Take care of your employees and profits will follow"? Well apparently, 41EE and ERAC have turned their backs on managers, assistant managers, trainees and car preps who have bent over backwards for their branches for so long. Where is employee retention at now? I remember when 41EE specifically would be 80+% for years at a time! Where is the ESQI? Where is the profitability? Where is the fleet growth?
Keep drinking the green kool-aid, keep hoping that you will see your promised pay plan and incentives/bonuses for achieving your numbers that are so far out of reach, keep hoping that you'll be able to go to lunch at a reasonable time, keep hoping that you'll have a full staff.
