I got fired for a high speed chase that i committed 9 months ago. I committed the act, told my area manager, branch manager and assistant manager about it. All of them failed to act. None of them did anything. They didnt write me up or give me a warning for it. The chase occured in my personal vehicle in 2007. Erac waits a whole nine months for terminating me for it. I dont know if that makes much sense.
