Many things made me want to leave, here are a few:
ESQI, what a load of crap! You give a person an impala when they wanted a camrey and they screw you on the survey! The service was performed correctly, timely, and with much butt kissing yet still not good enough. Then they call repos on these surveys! My BM came to me when he got a completely dissatisfied printout and asked what went wrong and was going to have me call the customer....I said dont you recognize it, thats the dirtbag I repo'd the car from 2 days ago!
Work hours suck and pay sucks! Union workers make almost double per hour than what an echimp makes.
My wife hated the job, and started to hate me for working the job. Why? Could it be because I only saw her for 2 hours a day before going to sleep? Now with my current job my marriage is better than ever.
You rent cars! Its the same as BK, Taco Bell, or McDonalds, just instead of giving the "free weekend special" to an angry cust, you give them a free value meal. And the guy getting the free meal is an echimp because fast food is all they can afford!
When I started wishing I would get sick so I could get some rest and not have to run in the hamster wheel all day. When I started to wish that someone would try and pop a cap in my arse on a repo so I could sue the livng daylights out of ecrap! Yeah, when I started wishing that I knew I had to quit before I went to far on drug ghetto repo and get killed.
