The above post is 100% accurrate. I do think getting promoted from MA to ABM, and above is very competitive. There's alot of politics that goes on at Hertz, just like every company. The job gets alot more STRESSFUL as you move up, and with alot more responsibility. Ask yourself. Are you willing to Sacrifice your Time and Life for this???
