I'm surprised too. Look at who his area manager was. Don Hogan would talk openly about how he hated Rob (which you would think would be enough to get him in hot water...if not his shitty performance) so I am surprised shady ass Don didn't find a reason to fire him. Rob is a good guy, just caught up in the green machine. His career will probably take off now that he's not working for that lard ass Don Hogan anymore.
