What made you want to leave verbal promises of promotions and raises and never getting them. getting told to stop trying to get promoted. working 50-60 clock hours per week. serious micro-management by my last supervisor. professional disrespect. watching my lesser experienced peers around the company get promoted. especially peers that i mentored or trained. being unable to supervise my employee(s) because my micro-managing supervisor informed them that they need to report & listen to her rather than me. my ideas being ignored. being to told make changes that did not economic sense for erac. no support or encouragement from my micro-managing supervisor. told to do things that were out of the realm of my duties. my duties were often neglected. i always got busted for neglecting duties. serious catch-22. |
