I have worked for a different rental car company for 10 years and I do have a Bachelor's degree, by the way. I do not put my job on the scale of flipping burgers! I live a comfortable lifestyle, get free gas, drive a new car every day and have the piece of mind that it won't break down on me. I have known ERAC employees, talked to vendors, prior customers, and rented from them myself. The company I work for is highly focused on customer service which is why they offer so many options in cars. That is what customer's want. I am proud to work for a company that doesn't make people feel like shit when they leave the office. Yes, ERAC is huge in the local market, but that just means they have nowhere to go but down.
I see HLE popping up all over the place. I know they have a long way to go to catch the giant green e, but a little competition out there is good for renters.
