It's no secret that your retention (like your performance) is horrible, and the funny part is that it's not over. More than half of your MT's/MA's currently have their resumes posted and I am looking at them right now. I know one of your current employees who just was set up with an interview and did pretty well. And as for your hunches on who's posting.....it's quite a few people jackass. Keep thinking you're well liked and respected. Your employees think you're a psycho who doesn't give two shits about their careers, your peers think you're a joke (which you are), and me...well I think that you need to start respecting women or one day all your talking may lead to a sexual harassment suit.
