The Cochran Firm is reviewing overtime claims on a national basis related to Assistant Branch Managers working more than 40 hours a week without receiving time and a half their regular rate of pay for hours worked over 40. We currently are working with former Assistant Branch Managers from AL, MS, GA, IN, and PA. We need representative plaintiffs from each operating group across the country.
Successful plaintiffs are entitled to back pay doubled as liquidated damages, attorney fees, and case expenses. This case involves allegations that Enterprise intentionally misclassified assistant branch managers as overtime exempt. This is a federal case filed under the Fair Labor Standards Act.
Interested individuals can contact The Cochran Firm at 1-800-THE-FIRM or submit an internet inquiry at

hey, saw this on the front page.
any assistant managers that got fired you might be able to get some cash. from what i hear, group 41 was trying to keep this very hush hush as not to try to get anyone to jump in on the suit. basically, if your branch has an assistant and branch manager, you were required to have 4 full time employees. 2 full timers per every manager or assistant. if that wasnt the case you might have grounds for a suit. spread the word out as they knew about this and tried to cover it up in the last 1.5 years adding employees to branches for no reason.
