I feel so beat down. I'm getting yelled at to work harder for a promotion and then when I do I'm being given more and more obstacles by my dumbass supervisor. The last person in my department (admin, BTW) that was promoted had a totally different set of rules about it- he definitely didn't have to jump through as many hoops. I am kind of looking at other jobs, but I'm terrified that someone will find out and I'll wind up getting canned for it. I'm not even in rental anymore and I'm really starting to hate it all over again.
