I miss the easy access to hot, horny chicks. And their friends. I miss Multi-Area Happy hours thrown for no reason. I miss seeing a happy hour tab with a comma in it. I miss the tail all those free drinks helped me get. I miss That blonde from the ** dealer. I was young in my ERAC career, and her *** had just broken down. her license was at home. I took her home to get it. We got it on in her parent's house in front of her dog. She swallowed and then took dub. I never saw her again. I miss looking at the "next generation" and thinking the region would be in good hands. I miss the news reporter. She was so fricken hot, but would never give me (or anyone else) the time of day. I hope she is doing well. even though she went to a school i couldn't care less about, i would have married her on the spot. I miss working for a company that at least pretended to care about its people. I miss the annual LOCAL family picnic. I miss the dumb things - like charity airplane pulls and messages from my RVP on my anniversary. Yes, the messages were probably typed up by the asst, but it's the gesture - ya know? I miss seeing my employees actually WANT my job. I miss all the great people who have left. I've lost too many friends to the "machine". I miss being able to do whatever legal thing i wanted in MY office. I miss looking around in my region and seeing DIVERSITY in our leadership positions. Now, I see the same type of leadership here as I do in our corp office in st. louis. Take a guess. I miss being able to go outside and wash cars when i got frustrated. I miss working with a bunch of fun-loving, results oriented people who care about each other. I miss renting Escorts for $85/day on a "Holiday" special. I miss renting QX56's for $190/day to any dumbass who was going to pay it. I miss watching the right people get promoted. All in all, I miss the company I used to work for. And I still work here. What do you guys miss? |
***yes, the group 56 thing is hilarious.
But to us now...
I miss when we hired nothing but hot chicks who were clueless. There was this girl at a large dealership branch that we always referred to as "Da Twins" cause she just had this HUGE, natural rack. I get a woody just thinking about those things. I miss da twins.
