Sad but true is spot on. My wife works for a school system where young black women are flooding the staff as teacher aids. They typically have 4 or 5 children at home with 4 or 5 different baby daddies. They are served warrants at school occasionally in front of the kids. They constantly confront the white principal over what they think is some racist slight from children, parents, or other school staff. If they are productive teachers and help a couple of children greatly it is offset by a teenager of theirs at home who has killed someone in a robbery or hurt a police officer thereby crushing another families dreams forever. They typically come into the school system after 10-12 years on welfare and have no real interpersonal skills, but the school system appears obligated to hire them as we live in a socialist state and county.
