I remember quiet often my BR getting chewed for the shady deals that didn't pan out. What upset me is that if I was the one who rolled it, the BR would blame me as if this was not a common practice at our branch. Then we had to be careful for a while until the dust settled. Such inconsistency, I never knew if I was comming or going. I soon learned this is a company wide practice.
