I could not be more pleased with my resignation from enterprise. I put my heart, blood and sweat into that company. I received nothing in return, but "you really saved our ass...but you just don't have the sales or esqi or fleet growth" whatever...that company exploits their employees to the fullest and shows them little reward. I still have nightmares about not having any cars in my fleet in order to fulfill my resos. I consistantly lost sleep due to not having cars! Do you know what responses I got from our upper management? "Well, we can't make cars can we?" or "well I don't know what to tell you other than offer these vacationers a ride to the nearest mall or hotel and we should be able to get them a car sometime tomorrow". Yeah, that's great offer this travelling family a ride back to their hotel. But here is the kicker! Not only do you not have cars, but plan on using your employees free-time to go pick up cars at a branch that is an hour away. "Great job today team...I know that you worked 12 hours today, but we need you to go shuttle cars back to our branch at 9pm this evening". The second anyone on our team complained or declined to help after hour shuttle trips they were automatically deemed not a team player and should not count on getting promoted with that kind of mindset! Fuck you ERAC!!!!
