ERAC treats it's employees like crap because they can...They hire you garden slugs knowing full well that you will last approximatly 4-9 months. We pay you dirt cheap to miss lunch and work tons of hours. that is fact. That is what makes ERAC shine. All you monkeys can complain all you want. The fact remains is that this is a cycle that goes on and on and on and if ADMIN or you above posters think any site or anybody can change any of that then you are smoking some seriously great weed that I would like to share in. This site is pure entertainment. There are no valid points or anything of value that will change ERAC. ERAC will continue to sell unethically, hire cheap grads, and make you feel wonderful doing it all until we are ready to wrap you up and throw the garbage out. Let see all the exposer this will get and keep people from coming to work for ERAC....Oh yea, the site really isn't that powerful at all is it......wow what an impact it has had on ERAC...WOW how devastating that our company continues to make millions knowing that the plan of using and abusing employees and customers. Man, I think I need to take care of my family because ERAC is going to close it's doors!!! NOT
