alot of us are quitting, or there are those that have quit, because of scott reese. dave used to be awesome when goldstein was running the show. but now hes become scott reese's puppet on a string. they both suck now. we can never find them when we need them at the branches because they are both always out golfing together. sometimes i think they just leave the office saying that they are going to do something and then shut the nextels off so that noone can get a hold of them. they except us to do x,y,z, but dont give us the tools, motivation, or resources to do the job. we get handed more and more paperwork that isnt really helpful at all. we had along time ago do these stupid votes in the branches and it made everyone mad at one another. scott told us that we werent doing them right. but how hard is it to give everyone a piece of paper and thell them to vote on who is the worst and best at customer serivce this week?when we tried to tell him that the vote wasnt increasing our esqi and only making us do more work in the long run, we were beaten down with it. and who came up with these success & failure logs? the idea is that when a customer returns we document how satisfied or dissatisfied they were about the rental "experience". at your face people say nice things but in the end when they get the dam survey call on the phone durning dinner time, they are pissed off and say something different. esqi is going to kill this company and motiviation of its employees. but most of all scott reese is burning people out quickly in teh area. people who have been here a long time are leaving just because of him. personally, we hope, ALL of us hope he gets canned with the layoffs coming up right now and that he looses everything he has. him and his stupid mormon family. hope he has to live in a cardboard box!
