I too onced worked for MD in Wichita. She is very fake and out for herself. I was told by several of her peers and even her boss (Talley) that I should expect a promotion. Well good ol Mindy just had it in her mind that I wasn't going to get one so she made life miserable until I quit ERAC. Thanks to her I added years to my life after leaving ERAC!
