I am an African American MT with ERAC in the West Region and i feel that i just made a pact with the devil. First let me get on this diversity issue. There is no diversity in my region. Two Black Branch Managers and Two Black Area Managers is not my ideal of a diverse workforce. Oh I take that back the car wash techs are black so that is diversity right? I have heard that several of the african american assistant managers talking and they are thinking about quitting as well as some of the other MT's. I am quitting in a month because I feel that this company will bend over backwards for there customers but will throw its employees under the bus, have several disparities with its promotional criteria, and is run by idiots.
