Re: The Official Atlanta Group 03 WW Post Finally some action on the Atlanta WW POST. First I must agree Todd for RVP! Great guy, tell it to you straight. Now let us deal with the business at hand. First the promotional criteria in WW is BS. They promote you if they like you, drink with you, play whirley ball, etc. Why dont' they promote people based upon performance? Second, the reason why WW has a huge retention problem: Mt's are treated as just ticket writers, unless you have a cool assistant manager or branch manager then you will be nothing but a greater or a 11 hour ticket writer. You have a host of branch managers that are burnt out and are not as productive as they used to be. The branches look like crap. No lunch breaks, and the pay is crappy. Third, there is no diversity in WW. I heard there was a diversity team at WW. When and Where do they meet? I take it Dave does not know that society is a melting pot and must have inclusion in the workforce. Fourth, fire Dave just because, His ideas are stupid, his meetings are pathetic and he is out of touch with all of his employees. More to come! |
