1) New Manager - good luck Burgess; get used to 60-70% ESQI cause you
aint' at the airport - it is a fact - you can load up 15 staff and suck the
customer's dick, you are not getting past 75% ESQI.
2) New Area Manager - been there 10+ months; same shit ESQI and retention
3) New Area Manager - just remove 3+ months from above and same thing.
4) New Shuttles - this just means that the disgruntled customers can now
see the shitty service coming.
5) New Building - see above, except with a $4Million price tag. OP????
